Well it has been awhile. The whey protein has been a big help. I no longer feel achy, tired or dull in the brain. I actually enjoy shoveling the snow. I have a feeling that we are going to get the bad weather from here on out to make up for the past 2 winters and our summer drought. The full moon graced us with a view this past week. That and picture in my mind brings forth this end of the year poem

Beauty of Hope

Beneath cold white light

floating upon brushed

black satin...

From winter's

bounty of

white silk...

A lone single

emerald stalk...

Crimson is the

frosted rose

blooming

The vision of

hope's promise...
